Accommodations: Settle into your room or suite with an ocean, resort, or garden view, a spacious balcony, Hawaiian-inspired artwork, a king-size bed or 2 queen-size beds, flat-screen television, an iPod docking station, plush terry bathrobes, and an alarm clock. The Ritz-Carlton Suite has a living area, a dining room, and pantries. For upgraded amenities, the services of a dedicated concierge, and entry into the private lounge with 5 daily food and beverage presentations, stay at the Club Level. Residential Suites have private kitchens.
Dining & Entertainment: Partake of the popular plantation-style breakfast buffet at The Terrace, which also prepares regional Pacific cuisine for dinner. The Alaloa Lounge has a casual lunch menu, appetizers and desserts, and an extensive menu of cocktails and beers. Pick among a menu of local favorites, tasty appetizers, fresh seafood, sandwiches, and salads for lunch at The Beach House, over which fully grown coconut palms form a natural canopy. The Pool & Cafe offers drinks, appetizers, sandwiches, and salads, and twice a day it offers complimentary fresh Maui pineapple. Worldly and seasonal, the menu at the hotel's signature restaurant, The Banyan Tree, showcases Hawaii's abundant harvests and fresh catches.
