Itinerary:
Day #1 Sorrento, Italy. Arrive in Sorrento (the nearest airport is Naples). Benvenuto! Time to relax or to begin exploring this beautiful resort on the Gulf of Naples. Your Local Host provides you with a Destination Guide, full of useful city information, and is on hand to help you create lasting memories.
Day #2 Sorrento. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation: walk through the OLD TOWN to see the 14th-century Sedil Dominova building, the ancient Bell Tower, St. Antonino Church, and St. Francis Church and CLOISTER. TASTE LIMONCELLO and hear how this world-famous liqueur is made.
Day #3 Sorrento. Full day at leisure to enjoy the picturesque city of olive and lemon groves.
Day #4 Sorrento–Rome. This morning, transfer to Naples then travel by HIGH-SPEED TRAIN (first-class) to Rome, arriving in the early afternoon.
Day #5 Rome. Morning guided sightseeing and orientation, including headset, takes you to the VATICAN MUSEUMS. See the SISTINE CHAPEL, with Michelangelo’s famous ceiling paintings and The Last Judgement. Visit monumental ST. PETER’S SQUARE and BASILICA.

Day #9 Florence. Full day to enjoy the atmosphere of this splendid Renaissance city.
