a. Your Contact Information
When you register for our Service, we ask you for information that personally identifies you, such as your legal name or business name, address, telephone number(s), email address and all pertinent vacation information to provide an accurate price quote.
We may also ask you for additional personal information at various times to customize your requested travel package.

The information we collect helps us to verify your identity, establish an account for you, offer you more personalized features as well as reserve travel services for you. If you give us your permission, we use your contact information from the registration form to send you information about us and about promotions and events offered by us or third parties who help us to bring the Service to you (“Alliance Partners”). You may select to opt-out of future unsolicited mailings by following the opt-out provision below.
We also research your and other users’ demographics and interests based on the information provided upon registration, in our server log files, or from surveys. We use personal demographic and profile data to tailor your experience in our Service and on our Site, create personalized content and promotions, and show you content that might interest you or that you preferred.
3. Does eTAO Group share your information with other companies?
We never sell, trade, rent, or share any of your personally identifiable information with third parties outside of eTAO Group without your consent. However, we will pass on personal information about you only under the following circumstances:
We may pass on some of your personal contact information to our Travel Partners and suppliers to secure travel services on your behalf. Our Travel Partners and suppliers may have their own privacy policies which govern how they deal with any information you give to them directly.

In addition, you authorize us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other governmental officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe is necessary or appropriate.
4. Does eTAO Group use Cookies?
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that we store on your computer’s hard drive while you visit or browse our web site. Like many sites on the Internet, we use cookies to identify you when you use our Service, to enable you to easily navigate our web site, and to personalize your experience when using our Service. We do not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information from your computer.

5. How does eTAO Group protect my personal information?
At eTAO Group, we take security very seriously. We have security measures in place to minimize the risk of loss, misuse, and alteration of your personal information, and unauthorized access to such information. Of course, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we do not warrant that your information will be absolutely secure.
Depending on the travel purchased, we may require you to submit a signed Credit Card Authorization which contains your personal and sensitive payment information. This form is stored, encrypted, on our system until you return from your trip and then deleted.
Also, your personal information at eTAO Group is password-protected so that only authorized staff have access to that personal information.
6. What constitutes your acceptance of this privacy policy?
By using the web site, you expressly consent to the use and disclosure of your information as described in this privacy policy. If we make any changes in the way we use your personal information, we will post the changes in an updated version of the privacy statement appearing on our web site. Be sure to check back periodically. Your continued use of our web site after the effective date of any change to the privacy statement will be deemed to be your agreement to the modified terms.
