This is the only hotel in Bermuda that caters to adults only. Facilities include a heated fresh water swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, two tennis courts, a putting green and a large club lounge. Complimentary use of Elbow Beach facilities.

There are 2 Restaurants at Harmony Club:
- Bay Grape Lounge - A light lunch (typically salad, soup, fruit and a hot dish of the day) is served buffet-style. Traditional English Afternoon Tea: 3:30pm-4:30pm.
- Casuarina Restaurant - A buffet restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is one formal night a week, during which time gentlemen are required to wear jackets. All other nights, gentlemen must wear a shirt and collar.
